The Healthy Blair County Coalition (HBCC) is calling on all residents to help shape the future of health and wellness in the county by participating in the Community Health Needs Assessment. This crucial survey allows community members to voice their opinions about the quality of life in Blair County.

The Community Health Needs Assessment traces its roots to 2007 when the United Way and the Blair County Human Services Office spearheaded a community-wide initiative. Since then, more than 30 agency and business leaders have united to promote health and wellness across Blair County. This year marks the seventh iteration of the assessment, underscoring the coalition's enduring commitment to community health.

omplete the survey. Responses will be collected until mid-September, and the results will be publicly available in 2025.

Participating in the assessment is a simple, yet impactful way for residents to ensure their voices are heard on matters that impact their daily lives. The insights gathered will guide HBCC in making informed decisions that foster a healthier, more vibrant community. The information is also referenced by other health and human services and government agencies that form policy decisions and funding allocations.
